Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living in Los Angeles area is hiring a Part-Time Server for Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 7:30pm. The role focuses on friendly, courteous service in a senior living community, with duties in dining areas and kitchen support.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening tests required.
• Possible vaccination and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and residents.
