Job summary

Wingate Living in Needham, MA is hiring a Dining Room Server to support the Dining Department under the direction of the Executive Chef. This full-time role includes weekend shifts and a $24 per hour wage.

You will perform dining room duties, ensure sanitation, assist with setup and service for residents, and participate in ongoing training to uphold Wingate’s high‑quality, person-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform dining room duties using utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned by the Executive Chef.
• Follow cleaning routines; assist in cleaning dining areas after meals and events.
• Set up the dining room and serving for residents; may prepare and serve beverages.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures and report equipment issues.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
