Job summary

UnionMain Homes is seeking a Design Coordinator to support prospective buyers, primarily on weekends or peak hours, with pay per appointment. You will build rapport, demonstrate our model homes, and assist buyers with selections and design center options.

Data entry into Brix and MS Office tasks are part of the role. Weekend availability preferred with a reliable car and driver’s license for community visits.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and Brix experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, with great follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective buyers and demonstrate model homes.
• Assist clients with selections and enter data into systems.
• Develop knowledge of design center features and pricing, and communicate options to buyers.
