Job summary

You will schedule, train, and monitor performance, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies while coordinating with leadership and other departments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules and supervise the team.
• Provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to GXO 7S program and quality policies.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
