Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a part-time custodian to maintain clean and welcoming environments across its facilities in Washington. You will perform cleaning, restocking, and floor care, and help ensure safety and security for staff and visitors.

The role requires at least one year of cleaning experience, ability to work independently, and a high school diploma. Weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday, 1pm–9:30pm) offer $18 per hour and opportunities to grow within a community-focused company.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and independently engage with staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and wiping surfaces including desks and counters.
• Restocking restroom supplies and monitoring dispensers across the facility.
• Floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor, maintaining a secure environment.
• Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and team members.

Position Details

Schedule: Saturday to Sunday, 1pm - 9:30pm (Part-Time)

Pay: $18/hour

What You'll Do

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. You'll also clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Ensure dispensers are filled and monitor supplies across the facility.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
