Job summary

Indiana University Health System is seeking a part-time CT Technologist for the Special Weekend Option at North Hospital. The role schedules Fridays and Saturdays 6:30p–6:30a and includes general X-ray duties with on-site responsibilities.

The technologist will operate CT scanners, position patients, administer contrast when needed, and collaborate closely with radiologists and referring physicians while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Active ARRT/ NMTCB CT-related credentials within 12 months of hire.
• Current Indiana ISDH license as Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner and prepare/position patients.
• Screen for safe scanning and administer contrast as needed.
• Obtain IV access and adjust parameters for diagnostic quality.
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians; follow safety protocols.
• Document information in EMR and perform routine QC on equipment.
