Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a motivated CT technologist to join the weekend team in Kenosha, WI. The role involves Saturday and Sunday shifts from 9am to 9:30pm, with two 12-hour shifts and a weekend premium of $11/hour in addition to base pay.

No on-call requirements. Training opportunities available to grow in the CT field. Must hold Wisconsin radiographer license and ARRT CT registration within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Wisconsin Radiographer license is required.
• CT registration (ARRT-CT) must be obtained within 18 months.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to perform basic and intermediate imaging procedures.
• Obtain patient history and verify requisitions against orders for exam accuracy.
• Position patients and adjust scanning factors to obtain proper images while following safety protocols.
• Administer contrast under Radiologist direction and assist with scanning techniques.
