Qualifications

• Must be able to run robotic equipment after training.
• Crane and mobile equipment operation experience preferred after training.
• Read, interpret and communicate instructions.
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Able to work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Removes ceramic cores and quartz tubes from castings using caustic solutions, heated and pressurized to specifications.
• Processes castings for inspection using acids or other chemical solutions per specifications.
• Mixes and handles acids or caustic solutions safely.
• Maintains production records and keeps work area clean and safe.
• Follows all safety rules and wears PPE at all times.
• Performs post core removal cleaning operations and related tasks as assigned.
