Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD is seeking a LVA Copper Installer for a weekend shift in Arden, NC. The role involves assembling copper components, wiring, and validating assemblies to meet BOM and schematics. The hourly rate is $21.00 with shift hours from 7:00am to 7:30pm.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift 35 pounds, with a focus on safe work practices and ability to work overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or work visa.
• No relocation offered; must live within 50 miles of Arden, NC facility.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and handle manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and fabricate copper components for ATS equipment.
• Install and connect copper layouts per BOM and wiring diagrams/schematics.
• Ensure copper connections meet bracing and clearance specifications.
• Use safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to complete sub-assemblies and final assembly.
• Possess ability to work overtime, including weekends.
