The position emphasizes copper layout, cable installations, and precise adherence to diagrams, with a general guideline salary of $21.00 per hour and a focus on quality and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or provide CPT/OPT/STEM OPT relief.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of the site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and fabricate copper layouts and related components.
• Fabricate and install copper to support customer-specific connections.
• Ensure copper connections are properly braced and compliant with specs.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical clearances during assembly.
• Install and wire devices per bills of material and schematics.
• Perform visual and functional inspections for quality and safety.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized area.
• Support continuous improvement and perform other duties as assigned.
