Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active Florida RN license is required; 1–3 years supervisory experience is preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and a compassionate, compliant approach.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Valid State license.
• One to three years (1-3) years of supervisory experience preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises nursing staff and others with appropriate supervisory training in accordance with scope of practice as defined by the state.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENT

May be required to respond to critical issues on a 24/7 basis. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
