Job summary

Treyburn Rehab is seeking a Weekend Coordinator RN to lead a nursing team and elevate patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The weekend shift runs Friday to Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with Florida licensure and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ready to mentor staff and ensure high-quality care while supporting work-life balance on weekends.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• 1+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and services provided to residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
• Manage clinical staff while on shift.
• Lead weekend operations and collaborate with the Director of Nursing.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Valid State license.
• One to three years (1-3) years of supervisory experience preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises nursing staff and others with appropriate supervisory training in accordance with scope of practice as defined by the state.
