Responsibilities

• Prepares meals, desserts and snacks according to the posted menu; follows special diets.
• Serves meals that are palatable and presentable.
• Keeps work area clean, organized and sanitized; may wash pots and pans.
• Understands health code requirements for food storage and temperatures; maintains records.
• Estimates and prepares food supplies to meet serving portions.
• Maintains a safe, clean and respectable work environment.
• Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
