GardaWorld Security Services in Cranberry Township, PA is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding people and property.

As a Concierge Security Guard, you will welcome visitors, verify identities, manage access, and perform patrols in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role is part-time, Saturday and Sunday, 3:00pm–11:00pm, with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.
