Blackwell, Inc. is seeking friendly, professional Lobby Attendants to be the first impression for residents and guests at our Arlington property.

This role suits individuals with hospitality, customer service, or administrative support backgrounds who enjoy creating welcoming environments. As a Lobby Attendant, you will greet residents, assist guests and vendors, coordinate deliveries, and ensure a secure, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in customer service or hospitality.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points.
• Communicate effectively with property management and support teams.
• Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed.
