You will lead on-site concession stands, assign staff, conduct pre-event briefings, train team members, and handle guest concerns. Requires High School diploma and 2–4 years in concessions or food service; valid alcohol-service certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in concessions, food service, or event-based operations.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales as per local regulations.
• Valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and allied retail concepts.
• Assign staff to locations and adjust coverage by volume.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings on expectations and menus.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
