Job summary

Naval Academy Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant & Catering (FOH) Supervisor at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. The role oversees front-of-house operations for catering events, coordinating with kitchen, logistics, and events teams to deliver top-tier guest experiences.

Position is NF-1101-03, full time (35-40 hours weekly, benefited) with a hourly rate of $24.00–$26.00. Benefits include medical, dental, life, HSA/FSA, retirement plans, and paid vacation and sick leave accrual.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations for designated ala carte locations per Manager specs and SOPs.
• Oversee/prepare staff assignments including set-up, service, teardown and side work.
• Communicate with Managers, kitchen, logistics, and inventory staff to coordinate execution.
• Acknowledge, greet, and thank all members and guests to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain ambiance by controlling lighting, music, linen service, and table settings.
• Settle cash bars, manage revenue, and complete banquet post-function reports.
