Job summary

Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, AZ is seeking a part-time Cook to support weekend activations across our 270+ acre complex. You'll prepare, cook and present food for concessions and food trailers during high-volume events, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include menu prep, food handling, inventory monitoring, and collaboration with the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at professional soccer, basketball, boxing and other events.

Qualifications

• Experience in concessions or high-volume food service.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices and health regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of menu options.
