Job summary

CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a part-time custodian in Cedar Rapids, IA to perform basic cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping and trash disposal in high-traffic areas. Shift: Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support for high-traffic areas as designated by supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage areas, hallways, restrooms, elevators.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; use cleaners and squeegees.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
