P&F Machining, Inc. in Otsego, Minnesota is seeking a CNC Swiss Machinist II for the weekend shift to produce parts using Citizen L12/L20/L32, Tsugami S206-II, Traub TNL 20 and Star SD26-E to required standards and customer specifications.

The role involves programming on- and offline, creating setups, performing GD&T inspections, and supporting Sales, Engineering and Quality. Requires 5–10 years of machining experience and strong GD&T skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing machining experience.
• Advanced GD&T understanding is required.
• Experience supervising CMM or inspection equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow manufacturing documentation and travelers.
• Program machines both on- and offline; edit and save setups.
• Create and approve setup sheets; verify with Level I/II machinists.
• Perform GD&T inspection and report non-conformances.
• Develop process documentation for QMS compliance.
• Provide SME support to Sales, Engineering and Quality teams.
