Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Operator or CNC Programmer.
• Proficient in operating CNC lathes, mills and related machinery.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC machines, including lathes, mills and other equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications for accurate part production.
• Perform measurements using micrometers, calipers and precision tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure performance.
• Collaborate with production team to identify process improvements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
