Qualifications

• 3+ years of programming, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines.
• Ability to measure with precision and interpret complex metrics.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and document actions.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product drawings

Experience with setup, programming, and operation of CNC and manual machines

Strong commitment to safety standards

Advanced mathematical skills for measurement calculations

Proficiency with measuring devices

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Minimum 3 years of CNC machine experience
