Training begins on 1st shift for 4–6 weeks, followed by weekend work; schedule includes Friday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a 32‑hour base paid for 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining in manufacturing
• Experience with machine setup, tooling, and offsets
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
• Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Perform tool changes, machine setups, and program adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain quality standards and production efficiency
• Work independently to complete assigned production schedules
