Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Ability to read measuring devices and inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines with basic CNC controls.
• Load and unload materials to and from machines using hand tools.
• Perform in-process inspections while machines are running using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and similar tools.
• Adjust tool offsets according to inspection results.
• Replace cutting tools as needed.
• Perform daily maintenance, including cleaning machines and work areas.
• Monitor and refill cutting fluid and machine oil.
• Run multiple machines when required.
