Job summary

You will record production data, assist with basic tool changes, and follow 5S and ISO guidelines while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This full-time role requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Operate CNC machines following standard work instructions.
• Read and interpret work instructions and production docs.
• Perform basic dimensional checks and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to standard work instructions and verbal guidance.
• Use gauges and indicators to inspect product dimensions and ensure quality.
• Identify nonconforming parts and determine pass/fail.
• Assist with basic tool changes and fixture adjustments.
• Perform visual and manual inspections for defects.
• Record production data daily for quality, engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation following 5S.
• Follow all work instructions, safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements.
