Alps at Wayne Rehab is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate daily care for residents in a supportive, team-oriented setting. This PRN/Weekend role offers Same Day Pay and a range of incentives, with a strong emphasis on following care plans and infection control.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and documenting care while reporting health changes to the nursing team. NJ CNA certification is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in NJ.
• Strong communication and compassionate care.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents (bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting).
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor health changes and report to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living areas.
• Document care provided per facility guidelines.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
