Job summary

Alps at Wayne Rehab & Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive team environment. CNA certification in NJ and strong communication skills are required, with opportunities across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in NJ.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must meet health requirements including TB test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments.
• Accurately document care provided according to facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to provide resident-centered care.
