Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of CNA experience in long-term care.
• Current state CNA certification required.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs (bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulation).
• Record vital signs and assist with transferring residents using proper body mechanics.
• Notice and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Assist nurses with duties as directed.
