Magnolia Wellness Center in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily activities, hygiene and mobility, while helping them participate in therapies and religious services as needed.

You will work in a friendly, team-oriented environment and help improve residents' quality of life. This role requires CNA certification or active enrollment, strong English skills, and a compassionate, patient demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA certified or actively enrolled in CNA program.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.

Responsabilités

• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, and visits, including transporting residents as needed.
• Assist residents with hygiene and bathing, encouraging self-help where possible.
• Answer call lights promptly and document information each shift.
• Follow infection-control procedures and protect resident rights.
• Attend in-service trainings and meetings as directed.
