Job description

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for home care services, primarily on weekends from 08:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct patient care, including personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and mouth care.
• Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation to promote mobility and safety.
• Administering basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision.
• Preparing meals considering client preferences and dietary needs.
• Offering companionship and engaging clients in activities suited to their interests.
• Performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records, reporting changes in patient condition, and documenting tasks via EVV system.
• Adhering to the Plan of Care and confidentiality policies, and reporting any concerns related to abuse or neglect.
• Using equipment such as blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, and transportation tools effectively.

Qualifications Include

• Current certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and standing.
