Eden Health Care is seeking a skilled CNA (DE-Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our compassionate care team. You will interact directly with patients, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities, serving as a vital link to nurses and other staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including delivering meals and turning/ambulating patients.
• Help patients with personal hygiene, bathing, shampoos and showers.
• Check vital signs and record information in patient charts.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and follow policies and procedures.
