Job summary

Baldwin Healthcare & Rehab Center in Baldwin City, KS is seeking a Weekend Warrior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will provide compassionate resident care, assist with ADLs, document care, and collaborate with a supportive team including a Charge Nurse and RN Supervisor.

You’ll earn pay for 40 hours while working 32, enjoy daily pay option, incentives, and education subsidies to pursue CMA/CMT/LPN/RN certifications, plus benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, caring demeanor.
• Reliable and able to meet scheduled shifts.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance (eating, dressing, transferring, bathing, toileting, hygiene).
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions and activities.
• Document and chart care provided for each resident.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and nursing team.
