Baldwinhrc is seeking a Weekend Warrior Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will provide compassionate nursing care, assist with ADLs, and promptly respond to call lights while working a 32-hour schedule paid as 40 hours.

In addition to routine duties, you may participate in tuition reimbursement programs for CMA/CMT/LPN/RN paths, daily pay options, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package. A friendly team supports your professional growth.

Formación

• Certification: A valid CNA certification is required.
• Evidence of compassion and reliable work habits.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance residents' quality of life and well‑being.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, and hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions and appointments.
• Follow infection control procedures and document care accurately.
