Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Cedar Creek Health Campus in Lowell, Indiana. You will work with our caregiving team to provide daily nursing care per the resident’s plan, assist with activities of daily living, and offer companionship to residents.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
Active state Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when needed.
Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
