Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' comfort and respond to needs promptly.
• Document shift reports and resident records accurately.
• Communicate clear needs to Health Care Director and team.
• Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift, following policies.
