Job summary

The Springs of El Dorado is seeking a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant to join our 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the nursing staff to ensure top-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Arkansas
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift/move residents with proper body mechanics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature)
• Report changes to the healthcare team (falls, injuries, mental status)
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; restock supplies and clean equipment
• Collaborate with care team to implement individualized care plans
