Job summary

The Springs of El Dorado is seeking a compassionate Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities in a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Arkansas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility.
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature).
• Report changes or concerns to the healthcare team, including falls or injuries.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and restock supplies.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
