Leisure Vale Assisted Living in Glendale, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The CNA will provide basic patient care, assist with daily activities, and monitor vital signs as part of our high-quality healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• California CNA license is required and must be active.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Previous CNA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic physical assistance to patients.
• Feed patients according to dietary needs.
• Record vital signs.
• Assist patients with bathroom needs.
• Clean and bathe patients.
• Maintain patient hygiene and bedding.
• Turn, reposition, and move patients between wheelchairs, seats, and beds.
• Serve meals and help patients eat.
• Report health concerns to a Registered Nurse or Doctor.
