Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, mobility and nourishment.
• Observe Residents and report health changes to supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Support nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Follow federal, state and local regulations.
