Envive of Muncie in Indiana is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to help residents with daily living activities, hygiene, feeding, and mobility during a Fri-Sun weekend shift.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff

• Understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Familiarity with health signs and conditions
• Physical stamina for resident assistance
• First aid and CPR certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Deliver meals and help with feeding and nutrition
• Observe residents for health changes and report to supervising staff
• Document residents' food and fluid intake accurately
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and safe
• Transport residents within the facility as needed
• Support nurses and other staff in care routines
• Follow facility policies and maintain confidentiality of resident data
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements
