Always Best Care of Fairfax seeks an organized and professional CNA for weekend care of a dementia-diagnosed elderly couple in Herndon, VA. Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, with light transport for errands and ADL assistance.

You will provide personal care, mobility support, meal prep, companionship, and a calm, reliable presence that helps the couple navigate daily routines and maintain a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Virginia CNA license preferred or experienced CNA/PCA
• Experience with dementia preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally attuned to client needs

Responsabilités

• Help couple manage home and ADLs
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and peaceful home environment
• Collaborate with family members and care teams to ensure continuity of care
