Job summary

Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate direct care to residents in Elba, Alabama. Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Alabama.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide vital sign monitoring and reporting to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises.
• Support patients with feeding, mealtime assistance, and hydration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and services.
