Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nurse promptly.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation, using proper safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Respond to call lights promptly and courteously.
• Support infection control and safety procedures.
• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
