Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and document health status, reporting changes to the nurse.
• Maintain clean, organized medication storage and adhere to infection control procedures.
• Provide compassionate assistance to residents and support families as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to coordinate care plans and updates.
• Complete all required medication administration records and incident reports.
