Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is looking for a Supplemental Clinical Pharmacist to join their dedicated team in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on improving clinical pharmacy services and providing mentorship to pharmacy students and staff while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate of Pharmacy, Texas licensure, and strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork. The position requires working three weekends in a six-week rotation and one major holiday annually. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to community care and compassion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with equivalent experience or clinically oriented Master of Science accepted.
• Completion of ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency or equivalent experience preferred.
• Licensure in State of Texas is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication systems for effective information flow.
