Job summary

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) in Indianapolis is seeking a Clinical Charge Nurse (Weekend Dayshift) to lead nursing operations on the complex medical unit, coordinating care for stroke and neuro patients and guiding staff during critical recovery journeys.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with CRRN, 3+ years of RN experience, Indiana license, and ACLS preferred, with a proven leadership and mentoring track record to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience.
• CRRN preferred/required.
• Current Indiana RN licensure and registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing operations on the assigned unit during weekend days.
• Mentor and coach staff, including new hires and orientees.
• Evaluate unit-based activities and ensure timely handoffs and call light responses.
