Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Clean driving record if company vehicle use is required.
• Works autonomously and uses time efficiently completing all assignments as expected.
• Communicates effectively, verbally and in writing, with team members and management.
• Detail oriented with careful attention to special requests at each account.
• Independent thinker with good judgement and initiative.
• Ability to solve conflicts and make timely decisions.
• Adheres to safety and security policies and uses equipment properly.
• Familiarity with SDS sheets for chemicals used.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and healthy building for customers.
• Communicates with Site Supervisor and management.
• Follows all company policies outlined in the handbook.
• Identifies areas for improvement and reports feedback to Site Supervisor.
• Keeps janitorial closets clean and organized.
• Performs minor equipment repairs as needed.
• Performs duties within the defined schedule and budget.
