Bayside Commercial Building Services is seeking a Cleaning Tech 1 for a part-time 2nd shift role in Belcamp, MD. The position runs Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am, with responsibilities including maintaining a clean, healthy building and following all safety procedures.

The role emphasizes autonomous work, effective communication, and adherence to company policies, with a path to Tech 2 status after 90 days based on performance.

Shift: Saturday - Sunday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

As a Cleaning Tech 1 you will be tasked with some of the most important responsibilities within our organization, maintaining a clean and healthy building for our customers with every service. Your skills will be put to the test day-to-day as your efforts determine our customers first daily impressions. Our goal is for every Cleaning Tech 1 to achieve Tech 2 status after their first 90 days.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes responsibilities within determined work schedule and budget.
• Understands customers expectations and helps to ensure 100% satisfaction with each service.
• Communicates friendly and respectfully without conflict.
• Communicates effectively to Site Supervisor and other Management.
• Follows ALL company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Ability to withstand physical labor including lifting, standing, walking, climbing stairs carrying.
• Excepts constructive feedback effectively.
• Follows proper training regarding the use of all equipment and products.
• Adheres to all safety and security procedures at each location.
• Ensures janitorial closets are kept clean and organized.
• Makes minor equipment repairs when needed.
• Advises management of employee or client issues.
• Identifies problems and resolves issues in a timely manner by listening, gathering facts, and establishing solutions.
• Receives changes and expectations effectively.
• Follows work assignments and expectations.
• Helps ensure a harassment-free environment.
