Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate light and heavy floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as required.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects to supervisors (e.g., clogged urinals, lights out).
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily; replace liners as needed.
• Perform periodic high dusting and other duties as assigned.
