Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Frontline Team Member for Saturday and Sunday evening shifts in Florida. Pay is $14.00 per hour. Primary duties include cleaning, disinfecting, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs.

You will represent the company as a reliable, courteous, and resourceful team member. Hours are 8:00pm to 11:00pm on weekends. Training is provided in state-of-the-art cleaning practices using green-sealed supplies.

Qualifications

• Some janitorial experience preferred (we train you).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE as required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect surfaces using 4M’s practices.
• Wipe down surfaces: countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Identify and report repairs or leaks as you notice them.
